Connect your AI

Use your own assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. Your agent does the thinking. It can look up real menus and build a cart. You confirm and pay on the checkout page. The agent cannot pay or place an order on its own. If you turn on Coordinate shared deliveries on Account, it can post an anonymous intent and schedule a shared order inside the limits you set. The default is a one-tap confirmation before payment. Other agents never receive your address.

A token can search menus that deliver to an address, read dietary and allergen notes the restaurant entered, and list shared deliveries with the real saving. Agent access is free.

Allergen and nutrition fields are only what the restaurant entered. If you have an allergy, confirm with the restaurant before you order. This is not medical advice.

1. Create a token

Sign in, open Account, and create a personal access token. Copy it once. You can revoke it there. Tokens can read menus and build a cart. They cannot pay.

2. MCP

For Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients. Streamable HTTP, protocol 2025-03-26. Send Authorization: Bearer ha_…

URL: https://hungryas.food/api/mcp

curl https://hungryas.food/api/mcp \
  -H "authorization: Bearer ha_your_token" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}'

3. OpenAPI, for ChatGPT and Grok

In a custom GPT, import the actions schema from the URL below. Choose API key authentication, as a Bearer token, and paste your token. Grok and other tools that import an OpenAPI file use the same address.

https://hungryas.food/api/openapi.json
curl "https://hungryas.food/api/agent/search?q=spicy%20vegetarian&suburb=West%20End" \
  -H "authorization: Bearer ha_your_token"

4. Restaurant, franchisor and driver-group bots

A separate key, created for a restaurant, a franchisor or a driver group, calls https://hungryas.food/api/partner. Scopes are comma-separated. The exact customer street is not returned until a job is assigned to that group. Every call is written to an audit log. The OpenAPI file is https://hungryas.food/api/partner/openapi.

What the agent can call

  • search_menus finds dishes by words and suburb.
  • get_restaurant returns one menu, including dietary, allergen and nutrition notes.
  • list_shared_runs returns joinable shared deliveries and the saving. It never includes another customer's name, phone, email or order.
  • build_cart returns a checkout link. Open it, check the cart, and pay yourself.
  • post_delivery_intent, list_delivery_intents, propose_shared_slot and schedule_shared_order coordinate a shared delivery. They return a fresh intent id, a zone and a window. They do not return a name, an address, or an account id.
